Dear Govenor Kasich My letter is in regards to a Clemency Hearing for Anthony Corbin 572-443
I have always felt his case was not right. Yes he commited a crime but why was it not brought up in court about a Head Trauma six days before crime which hospital records can be recieved he was beaten severly and incohearnt..Also was self medicating with crack cocaine and pain pills from surgery. He has mental Illness was being treated but courts said Prison will deal with it.No testing was done from court. .Anthony has never been in trouble except for health violation. Never in a gang there was a man on his street who had killed someone the police Baggered him in the Canton City Jail the same day as first court appearnce to see if Anthony knew where he was and if he knew where the gun was. Attorney had to tell Baliff three times to bring him up for court. One of the detectives said to Attorney want to talk pretty nasty. He knew him he was a neighbor Anthony was not involved in any way as you can check. .Govenor Kasich I understand the best evidence is wrote with pen and paper. A letter submitted last year to Judge and was sent to Anthony's father that one of the victims is a gun runner which would be hear say as a informant told me 90 percent didn't happen. The informant is friends with both victim and accused.Informant has taken three guns to Anthony's fathers to sell which he did not buy. Her boyfriend is one victims friend whom he buys guns from. They were selling guns out of paper but one wasn't there was several phone records between the two one victim and Anthony. .I always believed Anthony when he said he did not threaten the victims which one police report states that.But the other says he did the victim whom he had several phone calls with.Anthony. Attorney called him a liar saying he knew nothing of the case against neighbor his Attorney told me this he is a liar I wanted him fired several times but it was up to Anthony which he was confused.He told me this.Govenor Kasich I have found a witness who stood no more than ten feet from crime.She stated there was no crime because her and her Husband would of been the first to report it because of the neighborhood.She is a nurse whom I truley believe was not lying.
The crime didn't happen on street stated but a block away.Yes he took the plea because his Attorney told him he'd get 15 to 20yrs. Govenor Kasich I believe Anthony was not in his right state of mind at the time of crimes. Know his daughter is living with her grandparents because her mother has abonded her. Govenor Kasich Anthony was a good Father at one point in his life and his Daughter needs him now more than ever she is only four. Govenor there is more but I have already said enough. I am asking for a clemency for him he has completed several programs and has been in no trouble.
