I have always been a supporter of the gay community, even more so since I have a younger brother who is gay. I don't think it is fair for a person, gay or straight, to be judged by morals or religious beliefs to determine if they should be fit to adopt a child. There are plenty of people who have their own biological children whose morals may be less than a person who is gay. A child in foster care needs one thing; a family. Why make a family willing to give that to a child, jump through moral and religious hoops? Wouldn't a child be better fit in a family than foster care? For prospective gay couples or a single, gay parent to be judged by their morals and religious beliefs, is discriminating.
