Google Adwords: Split Out Search Partners to bid different than Google Search & Be Allowed to Exclude Sites

The Issue

UPDATED: With the Advent of Enhanced campaigns the likelyhood that we will be able to "break out" Search Partner campaigns from Search has diminished.  But hopefully they will take this more seriously and at least give us the option to modify bids for search partners (by Ad Group) as well as be able to see Search Partners and exclude the underperformers.

For years PPC & SEM marketers and businesses have desired and not been able to optimize our Campaigns & Ad groups in Adwords regarding Google Search and Search Partners. We know that they don't perform the same and we should be able to optimize to get the best performance possible. We have been denied this, only the few who have managed accounts can request from their account team to add up to "5 domains" on the backend to block from Search ads.

We also know there is a better way. One which their competitor BingAds (formerly adCenter) has been doing for a long time. Allowing you to break out Owned and Operated sites (think Bing.com) and Search Partner sites or to run on a combination of both. Not only that but you can get reporting on Bing to show which domains your Search ads are showing up on and then choose to exclude them from showing if they perform poorly.

It's time that Google listened to the thousands of PPC Marketers and business owners who would like the control they should have over how and where there money is spent.
