High quality, affordable program opportunities continue to decline. Staff support to volunteers is inconsistant and nonexistent due to high staff turn over. Staff morale is low. Communication is poor and confusing to volunteers. Volunteer training requirments constantly change. Funding for the Council is primarily on the backs of girls through product sales. Community support is negative. Administration costs continue to grow while direct services to girls decline. Volunteers frustrations are at all time high. Board committee members are secret and processes are non-transparent. We have lost confidence in the current administration to bring the necessary services to volunteers and girls.
