Send a Gift to a Friend. I came across this wonderful page that Change.Org started on here. It really sends the gifts in your name. You need to use outside email addresses.
And just today, or recently, you can now link directly to your facebook page (if you have one.). 

Choose which gift you would like to give a friend or family member. You can pay for each gift with coins. How do I get coins? 

Select one or more friends to give the gift to. Once each friend accepts the gift, Change.org will make a donation to the sponsoring charity to fund the gift.
