If you want peace you must stop pillaging.  The shocking hazing and misdeeds of the ArmorGroup contract guards in Kabul provides, etc., yet, another disturbing example of why we must not use "contractors", mercenaries, for service abroad.  ArmorGroup must be terminated, and the Defense and State Departments should begin replacing all mercenaries with U.S. Marines and other full-time federal employees, thus putting an end to the outrages caused by Blackwater, "XE", and ArmorGroup.  The government must end this constant human atrocity, costly and irresponsible, practices.
