Many of our people are well below the poverty line, they are also, more often than not, the ones that have more children than they could possibly support. While you are arguing about the funds of the Philippine Army going into the pockets of generals, the population continues to rise.

I may be a teenager, you can say that I know nothing, but that's not true. I can see the poor conditions of our country and its people. They need to educated on family planning. They need to know that the government is also thinking about ways to help them, and actually acting upon them.

I know that the Bible says "Go forth and multiply.", but that was during a time when the Earth had a very small population. Right now, we're in the billions, and our country is one of the most populous. Birth control and contraceptives can't be just for the well to do, they have to be accesible to every Filipino who needs them.
