The importance of this petition is to establish gender-neutral bathrooms for anyone to use on campus regardless or sex or gender identity, especially for all transgender students and faculty members, disabled persons and their opposite gender caretakers, parents accompanied by opposite gender children, and for students and faculty who do not identify as either gender.
