Henry Walter Wooten has received a 35 year sentence in Texas for possession of slightly more than four ounces of marijuana in a drug free zone. Enough is enough! This is the land of the free, we'd like to have that be a reality again. This man is 54 years old and will likely die in prison, at great taxpayer expense, for a crime that should never have been a crime.

Please work quickly to free Henry Walter Wooten from prison, the punishment received is cruel and unusual by any stretch of the imagination.. The war on drugs is inhumane, stop this madness now.
Please, be humane in your deliberations, angelic in your compassion and stop this travesty of Justice.
