Garden State is one of the most important films in the last decade. It has shined on already existing formats and has shown that a film can truly be a work of art. According to writer, director, and star of the film Zach Braff, There are no plans to release the film in the U.S. due to a studio speculated lack of interest. The film is being released on Blu Ray in the U.K. in early 2012, but due to region coding and importation cost, it would be illogical purchase this version in the United States. This petition is to show the studio that there is an interest and market for this film on Blu Ray in the U.S., in hopes that they will take note and release it.
