Brooks is a confessed murdererof Angel Ann Halstead. She was 4 years old when he brutally beat and raped her. Brooks is coming up for his parole hearing this month! I would like the community's help in keeping him in prison for the rest of his life as he was charged and confessed to this murder. His sentence was for life....lets keep it that way.
