FL "Slawmakers" just can't seem to resist the urge to rob from the poor every time they go into Session, and this time is no exception. These political "rocket scientists" want to privatize Medicaid (mostly because they're finding the newly-passed Federal healthcare plans a bitter pill to swallow) and force patients, who are on Medicaid because their incomes are so low in the FIRST place, to pay even more THAN THEY'RE ALREADY PAYING! Medicaid patients ALREADY HAVE CO-PAYS. This is beyond STUPID and clearly retaliatory. FL "slawmakers" need to GET OVER THEMSELVES and BREAK THEIR ADDICTION FROM ROBBING FROM THE POOR. IT'S LIKE CRACK FOR THEM!

But will they consider slashing the six-figure incomes of FL higher ed administrators?? Oh, no, of COURSE NOT, because FL higher ed administrators and lobbyists promise those positions to politicians who perform the most political favors for them, and of COURSE, FL politicians just can't resist a six-figure carrot dangled under their nose. Slashing those (unearned and undeserved) six-figure incomes would help pay for Medicaid, but FL politicians don't give a rat's hiney what happens to citizens who've lost their jobs, their homes, and their healthcare, much less the disabled and seniors, our most vulnerable citizens. Oh, no, not with those six-figure incomes blazing on the back-burners of their minds.

Nor will they consider paying their own health insurance premiums which would free-up $47 million.

THIS MUST STOP! State governments must STOP fighting change and STOP ROBBING FROM THE POOR! If they don't stop, and apparently they have no intention of doing so, then the Federal government MUST TAKE THIS OUT OF STATES' HANDS!

I am NOT in favor of doing away with States' rights, but ALL HUMAN BEINGS ARE ENTITLED TO HEALTH CARE THAT IS NOT IN THE HANDS OF GREEDY CORPORATIONS. WE'VE DONE THAT ALREADY, AND IT CLEARLY HASN'T WORKED! There are PLENTY of matters that should remain in the hands of States, BUT HEALTH CARE ISN'T ONE OF THEM!

Get a GRIP, FL "SLAWMAKERS," GET OVER YOURSELVES, REMOVE YOUR HEADS FROM YOUR HINEYS, AND START THINKING LIKE PUBLIC SERVANTS FOR A CHANGE, INSTEAD OF "PRIVATE SERVANTS."

FL "Slawmakers" Once Again Rob From Poor

Greetings,

I concur completely with Carol Tucker's Petition. FL "slawmakers" should STOP ROBBING FROM THE POOR. STOP TRYING TO PRIVATIZE MEDICAID, AND IF YOU DON'T, THEN I AGREE THE FEDERAL GOVT SHOULD STEP IN & STOP YOU FROM DOING SO. Better to slash those six-figure higher ed administrator salaries and pay your own health insurance premiums. THINK LIKE PUBLIC SERVANTS INSTEAD OF "PRIVATE SERVANTS."
