On January 24, 2012, Sara Rust of Fishers, Indiana, after having an argument with her boyfriend, killed her boyfriend's dog by throwing it over a balcony. I would like a petition sent to the court she will be tried in; either Fisher Town Court or Hamilton County Court, that she be given the maximum sentence for animal abuse. All animal abuse should be a felony, with large penalties and fines (with added fines going to animal charities), put on a list and banned from ever owning an animal again!
