it is fact that 95% of first time sex offenders never offend again.  they do their time in prison and then are registerd for life.  restrictions on were they live and work is wrong. this does not keep our children safe. the 1000 foot rule on schools and parks is ok but on daycares is wrong. this makes it impossible for these people to become the citizens we want them to be. bussinesses are not allowed in residental zones so why are they everywhere you go. also they are required to have enough workers to watch the children at all times in their care. DO AWAY WITH DAYCARE 1000 FOOT RULE!!!!!!!!  all americans must fight this rule and help make the first time offenders the right to live a life that we all get to live.  I would rather have an offender living by me where I can keep my eyes of them instead of not knowing where they are.  give the first time offenders the chance to prove themselves to the rest of us that they can change.
