Frank has brought transparent leadership and a willingness to listen to the concerns of the community to FRC. His attitude of putting the teams and their experience first is communicated through the ranks and is helping improve FIRST as a whole. We feel it's time for FIRST to remove the 'Acting' and make Frank the Director of FRC.
