Why do I not have a right to challenge the termination of my parental rights

Greetings,

I was told by NY child protective services that I cannot challenge the illegality of having my parental rights termination due to false allegations on child abuse and neglect. I called Louisiana social services ( where they had my child shipped to without my permission) and they said they had no jurisdiction over what the state of NY does or have done. The social service agency also said they had nothing to do with what was determined by the state of NY. I asked what kind of foolishness is this. I pondered how could you do what is best for the child and totally erase his own mother out of his life based on lies, fabrications and fraud. The worker had nothing to say. Now I pose this question to the United States government since their in no FEDERAL JURISDICTION in these bogus cases the deprive innocent parents of their rights, ships the child to other states, and give them up for adoption......this is sad and needs to be stopped because it FURTHER DESTROYS innocent families and our government DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!! W H Y ??????
