Join Peter Gabriel, Jon Foreman, and various senators in a three day water-only fast beginning Thursday 14 May 2009. Over 4 million Sudanese are starving every day of their life. This hunger strike will act as a way to empathize with those who suffer. Such a strike can also act as a social critique. Your friends and family members will be sure to notice when you choose not to eat, and upon their inquiries you must tell them of the malnourished children living in IDP camps or fleeing from the Janjaweed. If you are not able to maintain the fast for three days, please do what you can. Every action counts.
