Why This Is Important

By law, the only drug test used for any legaly required drug test should be one that determines if the Citizen is under the effects of a drug at that moment. Not if the Citizen was under the effects a week ago, or a month ago. The now comon urine test should be baned as unfairly targeting a certen segmet of the population, pot smokers. Ware as drugs like Crack, and Crank don't show up in a urine test after a few days, to a week, pot stayes in the urine for a month, or longer depending on how ofetn you smoke. That is because the body likes pot! If this CHANGE would occur,pot smokers could get meaningful employment, and no longer be homeless!

The only drug test that should be alloued by law, is one that can discerminate between drug use a month/week ago. It should by law only test the sobrity of a Citizen at the time of sampel being taken. Many illicet drugs are out of the system in a mater of a few days, or a week if you use the current urine drug test, except marijauana stays decteable in the urine for a month, or longer. Not olny does the current test not show if the Citizen is "impaired", it also targets a verry speciffic portion of the population, and is un-Constintuntial!
