Recently, Facebook has changed its newsfeed protocol. Consecutively, not all our updates appear in our followers' newsfeed unless we pay Facebook thousands of Dollars for each post. Because of this, 99 percent of our original readers are missing out on our latest posts. As you know, we work hard to encourage healthy choices among our readership and not being able to reach out to as many followers as we used to can be frustrating. To express our frustration and let Facebook know about it, we need your help.
