Billions possibly trillions of dollars are invested world wide as entertainment investments in Facebook games. Unions could help lower these prices for us. Unfortunately there is no customer service to help with constant problems with Facebook games. Hate is being spread on a daily basis in the form of personal attacks, profanity, prejudice, raping us with words and any possible way you can imagine. Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook completely ignore any attempt to gain resolution to these constant problems that hinder any enjoyment in Facebook games. The game companies like Zynga and Kabam, the leading in social games are thriving on hate to get people to spend money in an uncomfortable state of mind. After all who is ever really comfortable spending money on free games? I don't mind spending a few bucks here and there but when glitches ruin any sense of fair play and support never ever replies unless it is automated, I say there is a serious concern. These games are made in China and we all know china is not known for quality or customer service. 99% of their customers could be unhappy but as long as they can find suckers to pay for their product, there is no need to change according to China standards. BBB gives Kabam and Zynga an A+ rating but this was obviously a bribed score. We the people need help to either attain enjoyment in Facebook games or just get rid of them! There is no sense in lying to us on a daily basis on top of letting us get cheated and bashed with verbal slurs beyond imagination. Even death threats have gone ignored over dominance in games. It is surreal to us homebound looking for enjoyment with money invested.   (This is my experience. Feel free to tell me yours.)

The bottom line. these selfish China salesman team up with Facebook to ruin our enjoyment in the interest of profit.
