Get ROMANIA out of the EU, NOW!

Besides utmost cruelties towards all animals, harassment in general and in particular towards those who “dare care” for strays midst death threats against them, corruption in Romania has reached unacceptable levels, the devastating effects of which are felt by people and animals alike. Dog/Strays’ catching and their brutal disposal became a profitable undertaking condoned and encouraged by the authorities. It is truly unsettling that all the above are well documented and known by the EU, the UN and indeed, by the whole world, that Romania does not observe/enforce EU laws, disregards international treaties and cares less about world opinion and yet there were no measures taken against Romania at international level. Romania’s brutality against its animals, its corrupt institutions and its arrogant officials cannot and should not be tolerated anymore. Surely EU ‘s interest in keeping such a country as one of its members, should require a minimum degree of moral dignity/common sense among others for a nation to fit into and be accepted by all EU members and their citizens. Since Romania does not align itself to any of these parameters, we want ROMANIA out of the EU, NOW!
