STOP WITH LINETRAININGS

The Issue

Dear Sirs,

At this point only rich people can get their training in aviation and therefore find a job as a pilots.

We do not believe that paying to work is a solution and we think that the intermediate agencies should end because it would be the beginning of the end of this abuse.

It is extremely unfair for a pilot who won their "wings" are remitted to silence and unemployment just because others have money and can invest 120,000 euros to work and others not.

Security does not mean money, a candidate who has the same experience but with cash is accepted in many companies to make linetraining without being payed while the "poor" pilots means "ZERO"

We want to work, we need to work, we are JAA/EASA pilots.

We suggest to all companies to remove the number "500 hours on type" from their requirements.

We are pilots who studied hard to have our wings and we will not accept this situation to continue . We are prepared to discuss and resolve the issue .
