Animal abuse is a horrible crime and should be investigated by any means necessary. Those arrested should then be prosecuted and receive harsh sentences. The following is a link of a recent abuse case in which a kitten was repeatedly thrown in the air to land on pavement. A local shelter named him Wyatt and he suffered brain trauma, spinal trauma and a punctured lung.
