Companies turning their backs on people with disabilities. Companies won't even make an effort to schedule an interview after they find out a candidate has speech disabilty, is on a wheelchair; even though the candidate meets all the requirements of the job description. The offices are not ADA standards. I have been rejected at least dozen times because of this reason. We need to voice our hurdles to our State and City Reps.
