With input from phd and continuing litigation, a criminal case transmogrified with therapization into a semi-parental alienation case, with the Mother ultimately put at disadvantage in the civil custody case. There are millions of stories the same as this all over the world. Time to make testimony on parental alienation a crime in potential child abuse cases or put up legislation not allowing its testimony in the court room to protect the children who bravely had the courage to speak out about abuse. Parental alienation punishes children for speaking out about parental abuse by placing them in the criminals home.  There also needs to be punishment for court systems who mis-use this to force children into un-wanted visitation with sexual, emotional and physical batters.
