A strong campaign, via meetings and networking, for an Anti-Tethering Animal Ordinance in Manatee County, Florida. This is presently in the hands of a local Advisory Board Attorney (former Federal Attorney) and it is looking quite promising.  She is in Seventh Heaven.  Her entire life seems to revolve around saving abandoned dogs and cats, getting (and personally paying for) medical treatment and, hopefully adopting them out to a good family.
