This is a petition to legalize Marijuana in the great state of Wisconsin. Not limited to medicinal purposes. Legalize Marijuana possession laws to stop the over-population of prison due to non-violent marijuana possession crimes. Legalize the production of the plant for growth and private use as well as manufacturing of the plant and it's Hemp characteristics for fiber, clothing, paper, fuel, fuel alternatives, beauty supplies, anything that can be derived/manufactured from the plant or it's seed(s). Legalizing marijuana will definitely lead to the taxation of the goods produced from the plant and/or its seed(s). However not to be a burden on the public, whom ever chooses to consume, grow, manufacture any goods from the product. Please sign this petition to legalize Marijuana in the great state of Wisconsin.
