Wikileaks has recently published documents showing that at least 150 people in Guatanamo Bay, Cuba (best known as the prison for the worst terrorists) are innocent...including an 82-year-old Afghanistan villager with dementia and a 14-year-old kidnap victim. There is evidence that all 150 people have been tortured, including the child, who, it is suspected, is not the only child present.

President Obama, as Commander In Chief, has the power to not only close Guatanamo Bay today, but to prosecute everyone involved. Given that there is no credible evidence against most prisoners, and that at least 150 are most likely innocent, there is no ethical reason for President Obama not to do so.
