It's important to end corporal punishment at home because it can cause shock and trauma. The reason why people want to hit is because of anger, and anger is the solid base of being evil. I know that overtime, parents would be less severe in punishing their kids. This is a big proof why we shouldn't hit. If you hit your kids, what kind of memory do you expect your kids to have from you when they grow up? Do you think that kind of behavior towards your kids will get them to visit you when they grow up?

     Phychologists research have found proof that it can cause trauma, or even suicide! They also found proof that hitting can make kids become violent. Scientists have found proof that hitting can cause a shock, and too much shock can cause death! Kids don't misbehave because they want to. They just want to discover the world!

     I understand that people get mad when kids misbehave, and it's hard, but we need to understand that they're just kids. Also we have more experience than they do. Spanking them can also make them think it's okay to hit those that are small and weak. If you talk to them ahead of time about what's right since they're very young and play with them, I can guarantee you that they will be great people and treat others kindly.

     Spanking kids differ from different areas as of what people discuss in different cultures, but just think of yourself in that same situation before spanking them to see what it really is like to spank them.
