This is important because Puppy mills need to end. The cruelty to animals is done things are changed. But puppy mills are sick and inhumane. Please help to stop this if you hate how these animals are treated. The government lets kill shelters to be allowed but they do not end puppy mills?!?!?! how is this possible please help hese poor animals
