Unfreeze my account so that I can ship to my buyers

The Issue

There are many stories on the internet of Ebay/Paypal unjustly freezing people's accounts. Here is my story:
I sold my CD collection on Ebay, it wasn't an easy decision to make, but I'm a recent college grad who has yet to land a job. I collected these CDs over the past decade, and have been a member of Ebay since 1999 with over 800 positive feedbacks. Last month I sold over 100 CDs that I had without issue. Ebay/Paypal have frozen my account and refuse to allow me access to the money to ship my items to the buyers.

They insist that I'm a risk to their business despite my 13 year history with the company and feedback. Or the successful transactions that I completed last month. Paypal was also not willing to listen to the Ebay representative that originally opened the complaint, who said that they should unrestrict my account and monitor it to make sure I shipped the items.

Paypal's customer service were extremely rude to me and told me that it was high risk that I hadn't shipped my items. (they ended on a tuesday, and my account was restricted when I woke up Friday). They demanded proof of delivery, and stated that my account would be reviewed if I could provide invoices for all of the CDs. Invoices for CDs that i'd purchased over a decade, many on ebay. Further they stated that even if I issue refunds to my buyers that my account would be permanently closed. Yes that's right, even if I issue refunds it's not good enough for them.

The bottom line is that they wanted me to pay out of pocket to ship away my CDs with the hopes that at the end they'd unfreeze my account and give me the money that they'd sold for along with the money that was designated for shipping.

I still want to ship those items, so I'm asking for your help so that my CDs can go to people who paid for them and who will enjoy them as much as I have. I'd like to see Paypal/Ebay review their policies, but that is more than I think I should ask for.
