eBay is site which is basically funded by its users - buyers and sellers. Without them there would be no profit for eBay. However looks like eBay doesn't appreciate its users enough. They reduced there customer support to only telephone communication! International calls are expensive and not all users like to call to their support - some of them prefer writing to support - because they communicate better if they write, because they don't know English (or any other language for support) good enough, etc.
Also eBay support is often very arrogant. Taking care only for corporation's interest - getting more and more money. Since we users are basically fueling the company they should improve there overall behavior, customer support. There site should be customer oriented - not just some "red tape-ish" mastodont.

Support the petition and spread the word! For better eBay and for general improvement in relation between corporation(s) and their users! Let this be example that people won't easily take corporate exploitation!

CORPORATIONS SHOULD REALIZE THAT ARE GETTING MONEY FROM US!!!
