Ervin Darnell Worthy, is my name.  I am a native of Akron Ohio, Summit County.  I graduated from St. Vincent -St. Mary High School, of Akron Ohio.  As of now I have served 15 years of a life sentence without the possibility of parole for a non-violent drug conviction.  Sadly in the Federal System there is no parole.  I've exhaused all of my appeal rights to gain relief of any kind.  Also, the harsh non-retroactvity of the Federal Mandatory Minimum sentencing laws will not allow me to return to society.  Presently, my only option for relief is to file this request for a pardon.  I need your assistance to help redeem my life.  I am pleading for your support and assistance.  Any help is greatly appreciated. for more information, www.DarnellWorthy.blogspot.com or www.myspace.com/myredemtion777.
