RewindHost.com, a well known hosting company, is forcing @AcrossTheSkies to pay for back ups of her site when it should be free. They randomly decided to do this because she stated her opinion on Twitter calling them out for their crude actions (which was the truth); immaturely, they suspended her account denying all access to her files. In order for her to regain access to it, she has to 1. delete the tweets and 2. pay them a $25 fee to get the back ups. If she does not pay this fee by tomorrow, her account will be terminated completely. I find this to be VERY unprofessional behavior.

There are countless people unsatisifed with Rewind's service and just because they don't like it, Rewind finds it necessary to hold their domains and websites against them and hold a tag over their head as bait to squeeze whatever they can out of their clients before the depart. Initially, this is ILLEGAL. You cannot hold your clients hostage just because they don't like your service.
