The Issue
We the people of the online community that play Double Down Casino urge the parent company, Double Down Interactive, LLC, to immediately submit a public apology and credit each active player account with at least $5,000,000 in free "chips".
Over the past few weeks there have been numerous issues with both your Facebook gaming app as well as the mobile app. Some of these issues are as follows:
1) Free Daily Spin. At times the free daily spin does not "pop-up" or engage and players have lost the ability to earn these free chips.
2) Invited friends bonus. As has been evidenced by the flow of emails to support@doubledowncasino.com - The $1,000,000 bonus for inviting friends to play your casino has been deactivated or is non-working, yet is still promoted on your site.
3) Daily gift spins. Many times the gift spins do not appear, error out, or do not accurately credit the player's gaming account.
Many times emails have been sent to your support account and have not been accurately addressed or correctly by your support team. You have over 1 million players for this game, but for reasons unknown, you do not seem to either A) want to support them or B) care for the players that enjoy your game.
We, the undersigned, wish for you to publicly acknowledge our frustration and proactively correct these issues. As a good faith customer service initiative - Please deposit at least $5,000,000 in each players account so that he and/or she can begin to enjoy these games again.
