Millions of Americans are still unemployed while Congress plays political ping pong with their lives.  Given the urgent matter in the Gulf, it is extremely possible that the current unemployment crisis will  be overshadowed.  This is a  crucial situation for countless of Americans who are paying a huge price through no fault of their own.  Please sign this petition and tell Congress we need to add a tier 5 to unemployment, to extend it to the end of the year and enable people to keep their homes and feed their families.    We are not asking for a hand out.  If you can bail out the banks you can help countless who have worked hard all their lives.  Thank you
