Requiring youth to alter their natural physical appearance to be in accordance with a school's dress code is unethical. As "long" hair poses no harmful effect to the well-being of the student to which it belongs or that student's peers, there is no reason to disallow the wearing of it other than for the purpose of unnecessary uniformity.
Joey's hair is a gift. Not only to him, but to all those who enjoy it. To all those who enjoy looking at it. Caressing it. Being in the same room as it. Tell Joey's school: requiring Joey to cut his hair is to deprive humanity of that gift. Please, don't make Joey cut his hair. Please.
Don't make Joey cut his hair
Hi.
Don't make Joey cut his hair. Making him do so would be a crime against the following entities:
1) Joey
2) Joey's hair
3) The individuals who enjoy viewing, caressing, and/or inhabiting the same room as Joey's hair
4) The individual who will be charged with the duty of cutting—slaying—Joey's hair
And, not to mention, humanity. Please, don't make Joey cut his hair. Please.
