On October 14, 2011, Abdulrahman Al-awlaki was killed by U.S. drone airstrikes in Yemen. Al-awlaki was a 16 year old child and an American citizen who was eating dinner with a group of his teenage friends when U.S. airstrikes took their lives. Al-awlaki, born in Denver, Colorado, was the son of Anwar al-Awlaki. Anwar al-Awlaki was the U.S. citizen suspected (but never prosecuted) of working with Al Qaeda; Awlaki was assassinated by the U.S. on September 30, 2011 and also denied due process of law to prove his crimes. His son assassinated in a separate incident AFTER his father, was an underage American citizen, who was assassinated by his own government on foreign soil.
Assuming his father (also an American citizen denied due process) was a terrorist, what did that have to do with this 16 year old boy? What was he charged with? Is our government now allowed to murder our children to punish them for their parents crimes (assuming there were crimes)? Tell the President you will NOT allow him to murder American children FOR ANY REASON and get away with it. We DEMAND Obama be arrested immediately and forced to answer for his crimes in a court of law.
