a salvar MI VIDA de ella dependen tres niños inocentes víctimas de abuso. 

Cronica de un FEMICIDIO anunciado.

Soy médica , tengo 42 años, tres hijos sanos y hermosos .
Me case 1999 con un médico muy conocido de zona sur de la Pcia de Bs As dueño de una clínica de fertilidad, con el cual forme una familia  a la que me dediqué devotamente.

En defensa de esta familia , soporté 10 años de abuso, maltrato , violencia, subestimación, como tantas víctimas de abuso, pensé que lograría cambiar a quien ame.
La violencia creciente hacia mis hijos , primero verbal , luego física, me colocaron en la obligación de defender a mis niños ,no podía permitir semejantes brutalidades.
Estando embarazada de mi último hijo , quien hoy tiene 4 años, fui agredida física y verbalmente, por interponerme para proteger a mi hijo mayor de una golpiza que su progenitor comenzó a propinarle porque derramo un yoghurt .
Los actos de violencia se incrementaron después que el abuelo paterno los llamo hijos de p..., los dejó solos en un bosque, les impidió que me llamen para que los fuese a buscar.
Ese DIA trazó el limite, deje de trabajar en la clínica de mi ex suegro y corte la relación con el.

Mi ex marido no pudo asumirlo y comenzó a agredirnos cada vez mas , mi bebé tenía tan solo 3 meses, cuando me insultó gravemente , me empujó con el bebe en brazos , le pateó una botella en la boca a mi hijo mayor mientras tomaba partiendole un labio.
Así comenzó la peor de las pesadillas , la que hoy padezco.

Acudí a la justicia en búsqueda de protección sobre todo para mis hijos, sin embargo los jueces lejos de creerme , de investigar los hechos denunciados, interpretaron que mis hijos inventaban lo que contaban. O lo que es aun peor , yo los obligaba a mentir.
Desacreditaron los diagnósticos y los informes de organismos del estado, los dibujos , todo.

El juez Enrique Quiroga, integrante del Tribunal de instancia Unica de Familia de Loams de Zamora,me humilló , me trato de manera vejatoria y abusó de su autoridad .

Sin embargo no me rendí, porque la vida de mis hijos está en peligro.
Denuncié al juez al organismo de Control de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Pcia. De Bs. As.

Como castigo por denunciar el abuso del juez, mis tres niños de 3 , 10 y 11 años fueron secuestrados violentamente mientras  yo trabajaba para mantenerlos.
11 personas  entre los que figuraban personal policial de alto rango , uniformado , masculino y armado, allanaron mi hogar , tocaron el timbre mientras la niñera contestó ,ingresaron furtivamente  por el contrafrente, al regresar mi bebé que jugaba en el piso ya había desaparecido, los gritos desgarradores de mi hijo mayor quien fue arrastrado en contra de su voluntad desde la planta alta, fueron ignorados, mientras rogaba por su madre , su padre simplemente ordenaba que se lleven las cosas, ropa, adornos, efectos personales de mi propiedad.
A mi hijo de 10 años lo arrancaron del colegio , en medio del horario escolar, frente a sus compañeros.

Desde el 2 de octubre del 2012 ,hace más de seis meses mis hijos están impedidos de contacto , por orden del juez sin fundamento jurídico valido , ya que no existen hechos de violencia de mi parte hacia mis niños , al contrario soy la figura protectora. Dictó una prohibicion de acercamiento a 500 m a , madre , familiares , amigos y allegados.
En la sentencia el Juez Enrique Quiroga contempla que si "durante el allanamiento la Sra. Vázquez sufriera algún tipo de descompensacion autoriza , el traslado en patrullero al nosocomio mas cercano no haciéndose responsable por mi estado de salud" .  Justifica esta brutalidad con mi negativa a someterme a un psicodiagnostico con su equipo técnico, la ecuación era obvia , o me los sacaban por loca o por incumplidora 

Presenté un psicodiagnostico realizado por una de las mas reconocidas expertas en abuso del país , de donde surge que fui y soy Víctima de violencia física , psíquica y sexual con coerción económica por parte de mi ex marido , padre biologico de mis hijos y que mis niños corren riesgos ciertos e inminentes , por lo tanto sugiere la interrupción del contacto con el progenitor.

Mis hijos incomunicados y privados de su libertad , me hicieron llegar por intermedio de amigos, cartas, mensajes pidiendo LIBERTAD Y JUSTICIA.

La imposibilidad de Contacto es absoluta , incluso superando la abusiva manda judicial. El progenitor les bloqueó los facebooke, los mails, les desconfiguro sus cuentas.
Mis hijitos con mucha valentía , intentaron escaparse , pero la policía , los retuvo.
Armaron un teléfono, con dos celulares  descartados por las mucamas que los cuidan, con ese celular lograron comunicarse conmigo desde un baño, me suplicaron que los rescate ,describiendo las torturas a los cuales los someten , los amenazan con que si intentan escaparse serán encerrados en un instituto de menores y a mi me mandarían a la cárcel. 
 Como expresión de frustración , de impotencia , los dos niños mayores, destrozaron a martillazos las paredes de su cuarto, la psicologa que los " tortura " los amenazó con medicarlos si seguían luchando.  Las integrantes del Servicio Zonal de Promocion y Prteccion de los derechos del Niño , describen esto en sus informes.

Esta pseudo psicologa aplica un tratamiento de DESPROGRAMACION a mis hijos de su supuesto síndrome de ALIENACION parental que ella diagnostica.

Este tratamiento se utilizaba con los soldados, incluye torturas psicologicas y amenazas de muerte de su madre y familiares protectores.

No bajé los brazos organicé una ONG, sumatebastadeabusos,  sumatebastadeabusos.blogspot.com ,me contacté con mas de 16 familias víctimas de violencia institucional por parte de este tribunal 3 de Lomas integrado por los jueces María Silvia Villaverde, Enrique Quiroga y Roxana del Rio.
Participé de marchas pacificas de protesta, reclamando justicia, por mis hijos y los niños víctimas de abuso.

La Jueza María Silvia Villaverde en febrero publicó en info región , medio de comunicacion que la medida cautelar seria definitiva porque la madre participo de marchas , repartió volantes, realizó pintadas, etc sin pruebas de mi autoría , admitiendo su prejuzgamiento.

Ante esto , la psicologa María del Carmen Pérez Caputo , impedida de intervenir en mi caso por la Secretaria de Niñez de la Pcia por carecer de matrícula habilitante para el ejercicio profesional,  obligo a mis hijos a llamarme por teléfono con el alta voz , para que me digan que no vuelva a participar de "marchas porque no los volvería a ver".

Podrán SEPARARNOS temporariamente de nuestros hijos, podrán someternos al peor de los castigos , pero se olvidan que somos MADRES Y que NADA VA A DETENER NUESTRA  LUCHA POR JUSTICIA, VERDAD Y CASTIGO!!!

Decidí hacer público el abuso del que somos víctimas mis niños y yo . Abuso en manos de jueces inmorales y corruptos , que utilizaron las mismas técnicas de la última dictadura militar , secuestros , torturas  que nos costaron 30 mil vidas.

En EVIDENTE REPRESALIA , el tribunal 3 de familia de Lomas otorgó la tenencia definitiva al padre denunciado por torturar a mis hijos sometiendolos a duchas de agua fría con la luz apagada, castigos brutales, empujar a mi hijo mayor por una escalera , desatendiendo los informes psicológicos privados y oficiales que otorgan un pronóstico reservado a los niños , por la violencia crónica del progenitor.
Mantienen sin fundamento jurídico alguno ,la prohibición de acercamiento a mis hijos de su madre, familiares , amigos y allegados.
Las presas , condenadas por algún delito , conviven con sus hijos menores de 5 años. Esta demostrado que es menos nocivo que los niños vivan en la cárcel que separarlos de su madre
Las enfermas psiquiátricas , ven a sus hijos , con supervisión, sin embargo YO EN CASTIGO POR HABLAR , por intentar proteger a mis niños, por decir la verdad,no puedo ver, tocar ni escuchar a mis hijitos.
Multaron a mi abogado patrocinante por excederse en la defensa en una suma extraordinaria , y no le regularon honorarios , el mensaje es claro , ningún letrado va a patrocinar un caso de estas características! Las mujeres abusados no conseguimos abogados.
El progenitor me envía mails "sugiriendo" que cambie de abogado si quiero volver a ver a mis hijos , que el se sentará a esperar ver pasar mi cadáver.

A todos los habitantes del mundo a los que pueda llegarles mi petición , que debo hacer ahora?NO PUEDO ABANDONAR A MIS HIJOS.

Ante mi primer aparición pública en radio América , programa que conduce Magdalena Ruiz Guiñazu, sufrí un atentado contra mi propiedad, descoloraron el portón del contra frente de mi casa , que pesa mas de 200 kg.
Cuando convocamos la primera marcha , me quemaron el pilar de luz.
Las conductas de estos jueces son predecibles , repasando nuestra historia. Los mismos delitos del proceso de reorganización nacional.
Secuestraron a mis hijos.
Nos torturan psicológicamente.
Me embargaron los bienes.
Quieren desalojarme de mi única casa.

Temo que con tanta impunidad, me roben lo ÚNICO QUE TENGO , AUNQUE VACÍA, MI VIDA.
