Just a few of the Obstacles Person's with Disabilities are forced to endure in USA! Frustrated with the dozen or so Patient Assistance/Health Assistance Programs getting/approving my reapplications, esp while we are wasting away with NO or extremely minimal (Only Snap in TX) assistance from the Federal or State Govermentments.

Make Medicaid Exansion Law NOW! States incl. TX, seem to want America's Forgotten to die while waiting for disability SSI/SSDI.

Desperate Need for One Stop Agency to Coordinate Disabled Person's Nececessities

Greetings,

It is reprehensible how disabled Americans waiting for Disability SSI/SSDI are expected to go die under a bridge/disappear if they have no family to help financially. I have experienced horendous human rights violations as a disabled American!

Disabled people at least need a one stop searching place which provides them centralized info on all the relevant programs available. I implore the Federal, State and Local governments to make the needed changes to adequately assist America's forgotten while we wait interminably for SSI/SSDI approval!

We desperately need a One Stop Agency to coordinate all a disabled person's nececessities and to inform all people with disabilities of what benefits and services they are entitled to! Also, there is a need for Legal Aid, or its equivalent to expand legal services to advocate for those facing SSA hearings regarding their disability benefits eligibility who don't have the financial means to hire paid legal counsel. Plus, the determination of disability status, which can take years, needs to be streamlined! All this horrifically exhausting and often impossible searching, applying for, resubmitting, and redocumenting after documentation has been previously supplied mutliple times, and denial of immediate assistance when someone is unable to work and cannot provide documentation of income, etc. must end!

Sincerely,

[Your name]
