The rate of poaching the rhino population  in South Africa will this year only increase with the current trend. South Africa needs practical holistic responses to this threat of its natural resources, South Africa currently makes use of volunteering civilians within our police force and we believe that the same approach should be encorporated within our evironmental law enforcement departments.
