With the SVP designator, there is no chance of ever being allowed to reunite with their families, wives and children. The SVP designation also carries with it lifetime registration, lifetime parole and a makes them a huge target on the registry for vigilantes. The DOC is imposing this designation at their will, this is unconstitutional and unfair.
