Require Video Monitoring at Slaughterhouses

Legislator

As a constituent, I was requesting that you sponsor and work on legislation to make video monitoring and surveillance required.

With hundreds of thousands of farm animals being forced into slaughter, we should at least be able to confirm that the most humane methods are utilized.

The U.S. Food Safety and Inspection Services recommends such to be used, but does not require surveillance to be utilized.

As a constituent and concerned citizen, I am kindly asking that you do ALL in your power to require video monitoring in our slaughterhouses.
