Ask Pres. Obama to slow the foreclosure process & give power back to the people

The Issue

America needs a re-balance of power in the mortgage industry and a re-examination of Fannie Mae and the current processes of foreclosure used by ALL lenders and their mercenaries. Computers cannot be allowed to run our nation through Robo-foreclosures.

In many cases people would be able to keep their homes if banks did not have so much power to streamline the foreclosure process and spontaneously manufacture unreasonable deadlines, fees and requirements WITHOUT OVERSIGHT. Foreclosures are happening too fast.

Especially at risk: those who have suffered job loss, reduction in salary, injury, illness, loss of a spouse, or a child's prolonged illness. These families are being run out of their homes by an uncaring system.
