Enough time has passed that the Clay County law enforcement officials should be able to tell us their progress on the case of Bill Sparkman. For those of you who don't recall, this is a census worker that was found on September 12th in the Daniel Boone Forest of Kentucky, dead with a rope around his neck, his census badge duct taped to his shoulder, and the word "FED" written across his chest.

Tell Eric Holder that enough is enough and that you demand justice for the victim and his family. The perpetrators must be brought to justice and delays are not acceptable, and are in fact, criminal.

We Demand Justice for Bill Sparkman, Census Worker

Dear Attorney General Eric Holder

It's been a month and a half since Bill Sparkman, United States Census worker was found in the Daniel Boone Forest of Clay County, Kentucky. The simple facts of the case that were released to the media clearly spell out a murder, yet the law enforcement of Clay County still categorizes it as "asphyxiation." This is an insult to the victim's family and our intelligence, especially with all of the anti-government and anti-color sentiment that we've seen in our culture lately, as well as considering the date the body was found. Michelle Bachman should be held accountable for her remarks about the census, which may have caused fear in this region, which may have caused a radical group to act.

We demand that you do your job and see that justice is served in this case as soon as possible! We need a press conference by Clay County sheriffs to explain their lack of action.

Signed,
The Citizens of the United States of America
