I was fostering a very pregnant dog from the humane shelter she was brought to me with no paperwork or records or anything. Nothing was even signed at time showing I was fostering her period. I was told a rescue group would pick her and puppies up after she had them and they were weeined from the mother. The manager from shelter knew I was going to adopt the mother and I was great with her. Today Lucy started labor and dialating and I got a call from the shelter stating rescue group was on way to take her even tho vet was against it and stated she was not stable for transportation. The manager at Shelter and the lady from rescue group stated that it was not up to vet and didn't care they were taking her even tho she was in labor. Please help me get back Lucy as she stole my families heart and was taken by people who obviously have no concern for her health or well being
