The current development plan for St. Matthews which includes a 12-story residential building sitting right on M Street and along 3rd is out of character with the very fabric that is SW. The proposed building is higher than any current or recently developed residential property and provides no setback from M Street.

We want Southwest to stay a community surrounded by nourishing green space. We are urging everyone to e-mail comments/written testimony to zcsubmissions@dc.gov. The more people who get their opposition on the record, the better.
