Extend voting power to all 16 members of the CCNV Task Force

The Issue

It will increase homeless representation on a task force whose decisions will directly affect them to a more acceptable level.  Why would the government pick 16 individuals to come to the table and hash out a solution yet only allow 8 of them to vote. It is evident when you look at the credentials of the individuals below that the Ex-Officio members are the subject matter experts-the ones who serve know and serve those who live in CCNV while the 8 individuals who can vote with the exception of the CCNV Director know and serve the DC Government.  This is not a fair jury for lack of a better term but the wrong 8 are determining the fate of 1350 homeless - Seethe video for more details and do sign the perition and share with all you know everywhere.  Thank you so much in advance!
