Heather died in a tragic car accident on April 9th 2012. When the car she was a passenger in "rolled" into a pond, her boyfriend David Kline escaped. The family is struggling with the fact that David made it out but Heather did not. David refused to corporate with the police and his story has changed several times. He has a history of violence and domestic violence. Heather and David's relationship was never a healthy relationship and she was at her breaking point trying to get out. Unfortunately for Heather it was too late as she is now gone. We want David to return Heather's items to her two young sons Dominick (age 4) and Donovan (age 2) as this is all they have left. He is refusing to return these items to these 2 young boys who are grieving for their mommy. This is all they have left of their mother and we believe they are entitled to her things. Please help us get justice for Heather, Dominick and Donovan Padilla.
