Edit the rape scene out of Game of Thrones s4e3 completely.

The Issue

Cersei’s no’s never turn into a yes, and Jaime’s insistent “I don’t care” only cements the fact it is non-consensual to the end. The creators/showrunners' intent in vision has backfired horribly. I believe I speak for a lot of fans when I request/plead for you to edit out that ‘sex’ scene entirely for future re-airings and DVDs and Blu-Rays. Not only was this triggering for multiple fans (fans know to expect sex scenes, but even book fans did not see that coming) who’ve suffered sexual violence, but it directly affects the characters themselves, and the fans’ ability to feel any empathy for Jaime, who has an important redemption arc, and further inflicts unnecessary pain and humiliation upon Cersei. From a narrative standpoint it is crucial you implement this change. What is worse is, there is no admission of the rape, and as such we are expected to believe Jaime, who 100% comes across as a rapist now, is a good guy we should root for, when the show's canon now suggests otherwise. There is no consequence for a heinous crime, because according to the showrunners, there was none. The message this sends out to rape victims is deplorable, and it only works to spread  misogynisitc rape culture ever deeper into our society.
